Ready to Sell this House Again

We tried to sell out house last quarter of 2007 but we are not able to make it.  We fired our former realtor not because he is old but because he is not optimistic with the real estate market value today.  We know that the value of real estate in Southern California is really bad but we don't want to be negative about it.  If we think we can't sell this house, then the outcome will be negative.

So my husband hired a new realtor, one of the best young realtors here in Riverside. He is very optimistic and very appreciative on things that my husband did with this historic bungalow. That's the kind of realtor we want to sell this house.  We value his thoughts on how to get buyer very fast.

Last night our new realtor came over to look again at our house and he was impressed with the improvement.  We planted new flowers in front of our house and it looks colorful now than before.  We also put out our new gazebo with new furniture patio.

We signed the paper and we listed it for $319,000. If we are going to walk out with $300K that would be fine for us because it is good enought to build our new house in Murrieta.

Our realtor will return next week to take pictures so we have to keep going and be busy here to prepare this house for "Open House" by April.

We can't wait to build our house in Murrieta because we know that this property will generate more revenue for us than our house here in Riverside. Some properties in Murrieta were selling for about $800k to $1.5M for 1-5 acres lot with houses. Once this house is finished, we plan to live for about 2-3 years then probably sell it and buy a new one.
